Welcome to the website for the McVitty Forest Condominiums Unit Owners Association, located off of 419 in Roanoke County. This inviting community offers a walking trail, gazebo with gas grills, a swimming pool, exercise rooms and a well-lit underground garage for private parking.

Board Meetings are held every other month. The next Board Meeting is the Annual Meeting which is scheduled for Thursday, November 20th at 6PM with Sign-in beginning at 5:30 PM in the South County Public Library. 6303 Merriman Road Roanoke, VA 24018.Your attendance is strongly encouraged so a quorum is met to hold the meeting. If you are not able to attend, please appoint a Proxy in your place. More information will be mailed to homeowners closer to the meeting date. The 2025 Board Meeting schedule will be: Thursday, March 20; May 15; July 24th, and September 18. The July meeting date has now been scheduled for July 24th.
