Welcome to the website for the McVitty Forest Condominiums Unit Owners Association, located off of 419 in Roanoke County. This inviting community offers a walking trail, gazebo with gas grills, a swimming pool, exercise rooms and a well-lit underground garage for private parking.

Board Meetings are held every other month. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 21st at 10:00 AM at the Hall Associates Inc. office located at 2800 Keagy Road Salem, VA 24153. Please take the elevator to the 3rd floor and the meeting is in the front conference room across from the receptionist desk.

The 2026 Board Meeting schedule will be: Thursday, January 15th; March 19th; May 21st; and September 17th. The July meeting date is scheduled for Thursday, July 9th. **Please note the change in date for the July meeting to the second Thursday of the month instead of the third Thursday of the month.** The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 19th at 6:00 PM in the South County Public Library. 6303 Merriman Road Roanoke, VA 24018.
